Current Setup

Compute

Four mini PCs (all Proxmox nodes):

  • EQ14 (Intel N150): Security cameras with Frigate, Coral TPU
  • S13 (Intel N150): Dedicated Plex server with HW transcoding
  • Beelink SER5 Pro: Hosts Coolify and Home Assistant
  • Beelink SER5 MAX (AMD Ryzen 7 6800U): OpenClaw and other experiments

Storage

Custom built NAS:

  • Fractal Node 304 case
  • 4x HDDs in ZFS pool
  • 4TB usable storage
  • Running Ubuntu Server

Software

  • Proxmox VE on compute nodes
  • Ubuntu + ZFS on NAS
  • Key services: Home Assistant, Frigate, Plex, Coolify
  • -ARR stack for media management

Network

  • UniFi Cloud Gateway Fiber (ATT fiber upstream)
  • USW Lite 16 PoE + USW Flex switches
  • U6 Pro and 2x U7 In-Wall access points
  • 15U wall-mount rack with PDU and patch panel
  • Cloudflare Tunnels for external access
